Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Handling Time: 1-3 days working days(Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 3-9 days working days ( Monday - Friday) 

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Solorfit come with free shipping. 

  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United Kingdom through DHL and Fedex.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Tracking
After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. Defective Goods
If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately for instructions. Solorfit will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a refund.

Damaged Goods
If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Delays
Things happen, right? A small delay is usually due to weather, overworked drivers, etc. Your package should be there within 12 working days (max 3 handling and 9 transit) - wait 3 extra days on top of the 12 and if your package is still not there, let us know at
